These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and subscriptions made through the LekkerBox website.
By using our website or purchasing a LekkerBox subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
LekkerBox is a subscription service delivering South African snacks and food products to customers within Australia.
LekkerBox operates within Australia and ships only to Australian addresses.
LekkerBox is offered as a recurring monthly subscription.
When you subscribe:
You authorise recurring monthly billing
You agree to receive one box per billing cycle
Billing occurs automatically each month unless paused or cancelled
Subscriptions have no minimum term.
Each LekkerBox has a minimum retail value of A$35, based on the standard retail prices of included products at Australian specialty retailers.
Retail value is calculated at the time of packing and may vary depending on product availability and monthly box contents.
You may pause or cancel your subscription. If you have already been charged, you cannot cancel for that month. If you cancel after being billed for the month, we will still send you the month’s box.
This is because we start packing as soon as payment clears.
Cut-off dates for pausing or cancelling are communicated on the website or in your account dashboard.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
By subscribing, you authorise LekkerBox to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend delivery until payment is resolved.
Each LekkerBox contains a curated selection of South African snacks and food products.
Please note:
Box contents vary month to month
Product images are illustrative only
We cannot guarantee specific products in any given box
Availability may change due to supplier stock levels
We do not offer customisation of box contents at this time.
LekkerBox products may contain allergens, including but not limited to:
Nuts
Dairy
Gluten
Soy
Ingredient lists and allergen information are provided by manufacturers.
It is your responsibility to review product information and ensure suitability. LekkerBox is not responsible for allergic reactions.
LekkerBox ships within Australia only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
LekkerBox is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Unopened boxes
Products you personally dislike
If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will assess the issue.
LekkerBox subscriptions may be purchased as gifts.
Gift subscriptions are subject to the same terms as standard subscriptions, including box variability and delivery conditions.
You agree not to use the LekkerBox website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts its operation.
All website content is owned by LekkerBox unless stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by Australian law:
LekkerBox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected box or subscription period
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
LekkerBox may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on the website and apply to future subscriptions and orders.
